At Pro Black Belt Academy McKinney, we believe every child is capable of more than they know. Our Kids Martial Arts program gives students ages 4 through 12 a structured, encouraging environment where confidence is built rep by rep, through a curriculum developed by PBBA founder Master Buddy Hudson and delivered on the mat every day by WTF Certified Master William Ortez. Families across McKinney, Frisco, and Allen tell us the mat changes their kids. We believe it too.

What Makes PBBA Kids Martial Arts Different

Our kids' program is built around a modern, well-rounded curriculum drawing from Taekwondo, American Karate, Kickboxing, and Jiu-Jitsu. That blend is intentional. We want students to develop versatile skills, genuine confidence, and the kind of physical literacy that carries into every sport and activity they pursue. Every class uses hands-on instruction and a step-by-step progression system built on Master Buddy Hudson's 40+ years of martial arts teaching and certified by the Professional Black Belt Association.

Our Age-Based Teams

We group students by age and skill level so every child trains alongside peers at the same stage, challenged enough to grow and supported enough to succeed.

Red Warriors: Beginners, Ages 4-6
Blue Warriors: Advanced, Ages 4-6
Gladiators: Beginners White/Yellow Belt, Ages 7-12
Spartans: Intermediate Green/Blue Belt, Ages 7-12
Titans: Advanced Red/Brown/Black Belt, Ages 7-12

Each level builds on the last. Students earn their way forward through a structured belt system that makes progress visible and achievements real.
